The SelectSet 5000 & 7000 drum series imagesetters are the standard in the industry. They were both built from the ground up to produce the highest quality color process separations. The difference between the two is ouput size; the 5000's maxium image area is 16"x 22" (2up), the 7000's maxium image area is 26"x 22" (4up). Both have built in punch. Both output up to a 300 line screen and have three diffrent resolutions 1200, 2400 & 3600 dpi. Both could have either a hardware or software rip, which is sold seprately.
